Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Our saddles are available for worldwide shipping to most countries. Currently all international shipments are considered final sale items and we do not accept returns on any of our inventory, including saddles. We currently offer trials for saddles in the U.S. only but would be happy to send any extra photos or measurements necessary before making any purchasing decisions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept visa, mastercard, discover, american express and paypal payments via our website and we also accept payments by check. Saddles will only be shipped once the check has been received and cleared.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship all of our items within 2-3 business days, fully insured and trackable via FedEx or USPS. We offer free shipping on any of our saddles within the U.S. (lower 48) and $9 flat rate shipping for all horse and rider accessories. Please contact us for inquiries on our global shipping rates.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or refunds on any horse and rider accessories, saddles only. All accessories are sold as is and are considered final sale items. Saddle returns are available when the return is initiatiated during the 3 day trial period. We do not offer returns on any saddles after our 3 day trial period unless an extension of trial has been noted before the end of the 3 day trial period. All returned saddles are subject to a refund minus our $90 restocking fee.
Do you allow trials?
Yes! All of our saddles come with an automatic 4 day trial which starts the day you receive the saddle! Our goal is to ensure a perfect fit for you and your horse and our trial period is your time to test ride and inspect the saddle. We currently only offer shipped trials in the U.S. to the lower 48. Simply add the saddle you would like to trial to your cart for purchase, follow our checkout for payment and your trial package will be initiated!
Do you take consignments?
Yes! We always welcome consignment close contact and dressage saddles on a case by case basis. Our goal is to maintain high quality tack for our customers. Currently, we do not take on consignment accessories but always welcome saddles. To learn more about our consignment process refer to the "consignment" link above.
How long are your trials?
Due to our competitive prices we maintain a high demand for trials. We try to account for this and the need to have time to ensure correct saddle fit and currently offer 4 day trials.

When do you usually post new items?
Our website is updated daily and provides the most accurate information on the status of our current inventory and new inventory is added regularly throughout the week. Follow us on Facebook and sign up for our monthly photo reveal for secret sales and "sneak peeks" of our new inventory!
Do you hold items for your customers?
We are happy to work with our customers. Due to our low prices and high demand we do not hold items. All items are sold to the first to purchase.
